Overview

Dieselmine builds games around one idea taken further than is reasonable, and here the idea is traps. Minene is a streamer who goes into a forest for a broadcast and ends up in a dungeon that is wall-to-wall hazards, and your job is to walk her through the stages to the exit.

The stream is the twist. The whole ordeal is going out live with superchats scrolling past, which turns every trap into a performance and gives the game a layer of commentary it would not have otherwise. It is grim and funny in roughly equal measure, and the pacing is arcade-short rather than drawn out.

There are multiple endings tied to your choices along the way, and the animated HCG work is where the production value is concentrated. Worth noting up front: some scenes contain blood. It is Windows only, the audio is Japanese with English and Simplified Chinese text, and it released on Steam in May 2025.

Minene is a moderately famous streamer with a taste for the morbid. She went into the forest to stream. What she found there was not what she went looking for.
