Succubus x Saint

Overview

Liruna trained her whole life to be a saint. When her father died the role went to someone else, and she got handed a ritual instead. The ritual was a setup, and what it actually did was free a succubus, break the seals on monsters worldwide, and put the church's own people in danger.

The unusual part is that there is no JRPG combat here. Dungeons are explored in real time and the challenge is avoidance: getting past obstacles and enemies rather than fighting them, while managing stats and picking up what you need. Underneath all of it is a curse on Liruna that keeps building, so the pressure is always the clock rather than an HP bar.

Four Sealing Orbs are the goal. The succubus who caused this comes along, and her hidden outfits and accessories turn out to be part of how you solve things rather than decoration. Published by Kagura Games in March 2022, it runs on practically anything: a Core 2 Duo and 1 GB of space.

Story

The church trained Liruna for a job she did not get, then sent her to perform a ritual nobody explained to her. Undoing it means finding four orbs and outrunning what is already inside her.
