Overview

My Fluffy Neighbor is one of those games that does not rush you, and that is exactly why it works. You play as Marcus, an otaku stuck in a routine that feels painfully familiar: work, home, repeat. The turning point is Roxy, a goth neighbor who enters his life and disrupts that monotony in a very direct way.

The pacing feels natural. The game is mostly linear, but instead of restrictive it feels focused. Conversations flow, jokes land without dragging, and the characters do not exist purely to flirt with the player. Your first hour is about settling into Oakridge and getting comfortable with the tone.

Updates like the Moonfall Festival expand the world a lot, turning the town into a place with events, secrets and mystical elements that shake up what you thought the story was. Recent versions also let you opt out of specific scenes, which makes the whole thing more customizable without breaking immersion. This is a late-night, just one more scene kind of game.

Story

Marcus has a job, an apartment and a routine he could run in his sleep. Roxy moves in next door and none of that survives the first week.
