Overview

Humanity opened a rift to the Shadow World by accident and did not get to close it. What came through took the surface, and the survivors ended up on a station called Adam looking down at their own ruins.

You do not go down there yourself. You deploy reconnaissance clone units into the ruins to gather intelligence and recover data, which is a tidy way of explaining why dying is a routine part of the loop. On the ground it is a horde shooter: WASD to move, mouse to aim, monsters coming in waves, coins dropping, guns and relics bought between runs to build something that survives longer than the last attempt.

The variety is in the builds. Different firearms and classes pull the run in different directions, and the relics stack in ways that change how a run plays rather than just adding numbers. It is from Midmen with Playmeow publishing, currently slated for 2027, in four languages, and it wants a fairly modern machine: 8 GB of RAM and 10 GB of space.

Story

The rift was an accident. The Shadow World was not interested in whose fault it was. Station Adam holds what is left of humanity, and the clones it drops are the only things still walking the surface.
